5 Tips to Seriously Conquer Quarantine Fatigue and Thrive

A Brand New Chapter Starts Today

As we all experience “quarantine fatigue” it can appear that life has become dull, bleak and devoid of opportunity.

But that is only one interpretation, one perspective. When we look a little deeper, life actually contains a buffet of infinite potential, available to us no matter the circumstances.

Because of the nature of our reality, life only knows how to grow and expand into greater love, truth, awareness and potential.

Observe nature, and you will see the evidence. Every ecosystem grows and evolves and sustains against all odds.

You are part of that ecosystem. You are part of that abundance. And you have a right to claim THAT story.

Every moment of life gives you an opportunity to embrace growth and abundance, or fear and scarcity. The choice is yours.

Today I am going to give you some tools to help you conquer quarantine fatigue, choose growth and abundance, and embrace the possibility that is here for you.

Today begins a brand new chapter in your life.

The most important thing to know starting out is this:

You have power over your inner state, and the quality of your inner state determines the choices you make, and the results that follow.

You can choose to be positive, optimistic, focused and determined, and thrive.

You can choose to be fearful, pessimistic, angry and checked out, and suffer.

The story of your life begins in your mind. Whatever you focus your mind on, determines your inner state, and your results will be a perfect match.

This can seem overwhelming at first, but it’s actually great news!

It means that life isn’t happening to you. Life is simply happening - and what you do with it is completely in your control!

In any moment you can change your perspective, change your results and change your life.

Each of the tips to follow will help you to focus your mind on a healthy perspective that supports growth, abundance and limitless potential.

5 Tips to Conquer Quarantine Fatigue and Thrive

Tip #1 Look for the Seeds of Good

As soon as you wake up in the morning, bring to mind the good things that you have in your life right now. It can be easier to notice what’s not working - but that just creates more of it.

There ARE good things occurring right now and you can attune your mind to them. Think of 10 good things happening right now that you are grateful for, big or small.

Tip #2 Ask yourself, "Who Do I Want to BE today?"

Great. Now that you have focused your mind on the good, before getting out of bed, ask yourself this question: “Who do I want to be today?”

Think about the version of yourself who is living his/her dreams, thriving and happy.

What is that version of yourself thinking, feeling and saying? How do you walk, dress and carry yourself? What choices do you make? Embody that version of you.

The more you embody this version of you the more you attract the opportunities that match that person.

Tip #3 Move It!

The quickest way to change your inner state is with physical activity. Tune into your body and ask what kind of movement would feel good.

Go for a run, put on your favorite music and dance freely, or take a walk through your neighborhood.

Moving your body is enlivening, and the feeling of aliveness is alignment with our soul. Feeling more alive connects you to your true nature, and to the blessings and opportunities life has for you.

Tip #4 Take Nightly Inventory

As important as it is to begin our day with an inner state that supports us, it is equally important to wind down our night in the same way.

At the end of the day, make a list of your WINS. What went well? What would you love to celebrate, no matter how big or small?

Maybe you haven’t exercised in years, and today you danced around your living room to your favorite song. That’s a win and that deserves celebration!

Maybe you have a potential client you were afraid to call so you kept putting it off - and today you called them! That deserves a celebration too!

Take the time to acknowledge, celebrate and give gratitude to yourself for your wins. It can feel uncomfortable if you are not used to welcoming good feelings, but like a muscle you can build it with practice.

Tip #5 Set Tomorrow’s Intentions Today

Before bed, set your intentions for the next day. Write down or state what you would love to do, create, or be tomorrow. Decide it is so, even if you don’t know exactly how.

Your subconscious mind will absorb this as fact, process it as you sleep, and you will wake up ahead of the game.

Start out with applying one tip today and add the other practices until they are second nature. These practices alone will be life-changing when done consistently.
