Everything You Need To Know About Gratitude

Have you noticed that lately there’s a huge buzz around the concept of “gratitude?”

It seems like everyone has been talking about how massively transformative it can be for our lives, and it can seem a little too good to be true.

With Thanksgiving coming up, this is a great week to reflect on what gratitude is and why it’s so powerful so you can have a clear, realistic picture of how it can impact your life.

Because it’s not only knowing about something, it’s about being able to apply it successfully to your day-to-day life.

That’s why I was so honored to have been invited back to speak on the “Health Up” podcast, where we have an in-depth discussion about “The Attitude of Gratitude.”

I love speaking on this topic because once you understand how to use gratitude in a practical sense, you'll undoubtedly experience the power for yourself. And it might surprise you - I know it did for me!

If you have any questions about gratitude you won’t want to miss it!

You can listen >> here now:

We cover:

  • The three states of gratitude (and why knowing the difference is is the key to getting the results you want in every aspect of your life.)

  • How gratitude makes you magnetic to new ideas and opportunities (so you can stop pushing, trying and working so hard - and let it come to you!)

  • How to welcome more flow in your life with gratitude (and enjoy the ease and simplicity you’re able to create.)

  • Why gratitude is key to navigating challenges from an empowered place (and is one of the easiest ways to prevent burnout.)

  • Practical ways to integrate gratitude into your life (which bring a greater sense of expansion and fulfillment regardless of what is going on for you!)

Gratitude is so much more than what we typically think of as “being grateful.”

Truly understanding the state of being IN gratitude can change your work environment, your marriage, your self-esteem and your health.

So if you would love to be happier, more confident, and filled with positive emotions, enjoy this podcast!
